Common questions

Before you get in touch

Which areas do you work in?

All regions of Tanzania, and neighbouring countries depending on the project. Travel, access and mobilisation are confirmed when the enquiry is reviewed.

Do you take on both small and large electrical work?

Enquiries are reviewed individually. The company works mainly on commercial, industrial and institutional requirements, and selected residential work where appropriate.

How quickly can you respond to a fault?

No fixed response time is published. Urgent electrical faults are assessed against location, safety, site access and team availability at the time of the call.

Can you supply company documents for a tender or prequalification?

Yes. Registration, licensing and professional credentials can be provided through the appropriate private process. Send the requirement by email and state which documents are needed.

What information should I include in an enquiry?

The site location, the service required, the current situation and any timing constraints. Photographs or drawings sent by WhatsApp or email usually shorten the review.

What are your business hours?

The office is open Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. Urgent electrical faults outside those hours are assessed case by case against safety, location, access and team availability.

Do you have a written safety policy we can review?

The company does not currently hold a formal written safety policy or PPE procedure document. Safety is managed on site through circuit identification and isolation, assessment of the existing installation, and testing and inspection before handover. If your project requires documented procedures, raise it at enquiry stage so it can be discussed before work is agreed.
