Privacy policy
A short, plain-language explanation of what happens to the information you send through this website.
Information the enquiry form requests
The enquiry form asks for the type of enquiry, your name, an optional organisation, a phone number and/or email address, the project location, the service required, a description of the work, and your acknowledgement of this notice.
It does not request government identifiers, certificate numbers, payment details, passwords or document attachments.
How the information is used
Enquiry details are used only to review the requirement and respond to it — for example to prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit, respond to a tender invitation, or send approved company documents.
Information is not sold, and it is not used for marketing unless you separately ask to be contacted that way.
Delivery and storage
Enquiries sent through the form are delivered by Formspree, a third-party form provider, to the company mailbox at info@larryselectricworks.com. Submitting the form sends what you typed to Formspree, which processes it under its own privacy terms before passing it on.
Formspree also keeps a copy in the company account so that an enquiry is not lost if email delivery fails. Copies held there are deleted once the enquiry is closed, and in any case within twelve months of submission.
If you would rather not have your enquiry pass through a third party, call the office or send an email directly using the details on the contact page.
Contacting us by other means
If you call, send a WhatsApp message or send an email, the details you share are held in the ordinary business records used to respond to your enquiry.
WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own privacy terms. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through it.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website itself, so browsing these pages does not send requests to third-party services. Submitting the enquiry form is the one exception, and is described under Delivery and storage.
Your choices
You can ask what enquiry information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting the office.
Where deletion would conflict with a live quotation or contract, we will explain what has to be kept and why.
